Hello!!! My name is Chef Gabriela Claudio, I am a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts School. I have been a Home baker since 2014. I started my small business all while having my first pastry Job at Bottega Louie in DTLA and still in Culinary School. I graduated from LCB in 2015. From Bottega Louie I went on to work at Susie Cakes as a Pastry Chef. Later I was the Head Baker and Pastry Chef for a Vegan/Paleo/Gluten Free bakery located in Venice Beach. In 2017 I decided to dedicate my love entirely to my own business. In 2018 i began to teach pastry classes at the South Bay School of Cooking where i get to help people achieve their goals and master the art of baking and decorating pastries, and ofcoarse still trying to making my clients cake dreams come true.
Being a classically trained Chef, i know what ingredients are the best quality and will taste the best. We use 100% real butter, which makes our products melt in your mouth delicious! Everything is freshly made for each order and nothing will ever come from a can or carton ready made. Customer Satisfaction is my main priority and I prefer QUALITY over QUANTITY .
